John Lewis is an all-encompassing department store, and their website offers the same great range, prices and experience you would expect from one of their stores.  John Lewis' range includes items for the home & garden, electrical appliances, technology, sport & leisure, fashion, gifts & flowers, toys, baby items and more.  John Lewis has an extensive range of brands in these areas, ensuring their customers get the very best choice for all requirements and all budgets.

The John Lewis website oozes style, in our humble opinion.  As soon as you land on the John Lewis homepage, you're faced with a simple yet elegant design, enhanced by sleek lines and chic photography.  John Lewis get top marks for menu presentation with 8 main sections listed across the top of the page, each with a drop down list of sub-sections, grouped together to make things even easier.  If you'd prefer to shop by brand, John Lewis make it easy for you to do so by making this option the 9th item on the menu, although it doesn't have a drop down, presumably because there are too many brands to feature.  The John Lewis website has a quick and simple search function, available on all pages, and a stylish, uncluttered list of other links to the bottom of each page.

John Lewis's range of products is immense, and includes everything you'd expect to find in-store and more.  They are perhaps not the cheapest on the web for standard items, but they are competitive and the fact that they offer completely FREE delivery on all orders may well mean they work out cheaper if you look at the big picture.

I'd be tempted to make one stop this Christmas, and buy all my gifts, tableware, decorations and everything in one go from the John Lewis website - you could literally get everything you want with no hassle, and no need to traipse round packed shops!
